  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for basting)
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, cumin, coriander, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, paprika, and salt. Mix well to make the marinade.
